Emmanuel Adebayor Needs a Little Time, to Think it Over

Man City’s plan to buy every every striker in the world has been put on hold, with Emmanuel Adebayor stalling on completing his move from Arsenal. The big Togolese fella has passed a medical and got himself a fresh work permit, but now needs a little time, to think it over. And to see if AC Milan come in with a better offer maybe.
If the transfer deal follows the same path as the video then the flour-covered girl (Man City) will eventually get bored of waiting for the flour-covered guy (Adebayor) and will walk away from the whole thing.
They won’t of course, but I’m starting to think that maybe hanging around waiting for players to make up their mind is not the best thing for City’s reputation.

Milan make a better offer?They’ll offer half that money to Arsenal and hope to sign him.

I realize this isn’t the point of your post but…. I was wondering, is that the original lead singer of the Beautiful South, Paul Heaton, doing the singing? I think he had one of the prettiest voices ever but this song doesn’t do him justice. I’m not liking the female singer, I would rather hear him. I was hoping you would have featured “Old Red Eyes is Back” instead. Such a good singer and so underrated.
