Though I’m not quite sure Fabio asked for one, nor did he follow the proper etiquette of a lapdancee – where were the bills, Don? you think this lass wants to take her clothes off for rent/tuition/crack cocaine? – but he still got one. And on national television, no less.

How uncomfortable does he look not wanting to enjoy it but enjoying it all at the same time?
