FC Shinnik’s Aleksandr Shirko Goes into the Stands to Attack his team’s Fans

By: Bob | October 2nd, 2006

aleksandr-shirko.jpgYou can’t blame FC Shinnik Yaroslavl forward Aleksandr Shirko for being a bit frustrated. His team is currently in last place in Russia’s premier league and destined for relegation after Rostov opened up a can of whoop ass this weekend, crushing Shinnik 6-1 on their home turf. As if that weren’t bad enough, Shinnik fans spent most of the match chanting unpleasantries towards their team’s players. As you can see in the video below Shirko decided that his fists would be the best form of censorship. Pure class, he is not.

Those police dudes don't seem so eager to go into the crowd and break it up. My guess is the fan deserved it even if the player is the one who is going to get in trouble from this one.
