FIFA 09 Has A Few Bugs To Fix

By: chris | February 26th, 2009

If you’ve played video games within the last few years, you’ve probably been at least slightly impressed by their realism. However, while the technology is good it’s not quite without fault. So someone created a gag reel to tell FIFA, “hey, you’ve got work to do”.

And if you’ve ever considered offering your services to an institution because you think the game won’t let you win – you’re not crazy. The main component of FIFA’s technology is actually an evil little man who sits inside your disc and determines just the right time to screw you over with unrealistic moments. But at least he likes the moonwalk.

please sideways moonwalk is the only way I know how to defend

All of that crap happens in games, like a shot bouncing off the post and hitting a goalie in the back and going in the net... I loved the video
  • I agree, I think if anything this shows how real the video games are getting, minus the moonwalk thing
  • Drabik
I don't think many of these are bugs... Sliding through a team-mate to get to an opponent will realistically send them both flying. Deflected shots happen all the time, (Right Lampard?).

And I'm sure I've seen someone do that sideways walk thing...
  • Fantastic game regardless
  • Setting this to the Austin Powers music is a classic touch.
