There is no indication where this actually took place, if the comments hint toward Russia – because the YouTube comment section is where you want to go for facts – but you can likely find out with enough time and access to the world’s police logs. Or, as is the case with serial killers and jail terms, multiple lifetime bans for one person, just in case.
