I planned to post this clip of Gordon Strachan running rampant for Dundee as a reminder that the wee ginger man could play a bit back in the day, but then I went looking for that Sky Sports interview in which the lights went off (which I couldn’t find — anyone who knows what I’m talking about and can find it will have my endless gratitude), and ended up distracted by how utterly wonderful he is with reporters. But Bob posted the best interview compilation about a year ago, so I’ll stick with the on-pitch footage — whichever video you perfer, Strachan’s a tiny little prince among men, and we’re lucky to have him.
