Grr Tiger: Truly Terrible Kits

A lot of times you see the results of fan surveys and scratch your head at the answers. This is not one of those times. In a survey of 1,000 football fans in the UK, the tiger-striped outfits worn by the 1992-1993 Hull City team was voted the worst kit of all time. It is hard to argue with that. Those things look like they could be an adequate replacement for the shag carpeting in a 1973 VW van.

The rest of the list of top 10 most hideous kits is UK-centric as you might expect, which is unfortunate because no list of ugly uniforms is complete without a mention of the ones worn by the NASL Colorado Caribous. It is time for another club somewhere to bring back the leather fringe look!

Knowing that Chelsea’s day-glo kits are already on the list, what current uniforms do you think should be cited by the fashion police?
