hooligan-finerprints.jpgTechnology is a grand thing. The same tools that are being used to nab those dreaded terrorist at international borders are now being used in the battle against an even greater threat: football hooligans. Officials at a match in Amsterdam today are testing biometric scanning devices that can scan the fingerprints of fans entering a stadium and determine the evildoers from the non evildoers.
