Having burned bridges at both Tottenham and Birmingham City, you would think that there wouldn’t be too many people interested in Egyptian midfielder Hossam Ghaly. Sure, he has some talent, but is he worth the hassle and is he worth the money? Apparently he is if you are an eBay shopper looking to buy a midfielder to go along with George Best’s liver.

In what has become a time honored tradition, a fan has put a footballer up for sale on eBay. Unlike Dida, Hossam Ghaly is actually garnering some bids, which can probably be attributed to the item description.

I dont know who this idiot thinks he is... to be honest, and maybe its because i live in a country where soccer coverage is overpowered by trick billiards and world series of poker tournaments from the 80's on ESPN so we are limited but I've never heard of this guy until he popped up on some shopping lists for the EPL. So to come out and say he is too good for his team, needs to take a long look at himself. If he was Zidane or Ronaldinho, that would be one thing but you are Hossam Ghaly! WTF are you?
