Is it the Shirt or is it the Sepp?

What could possibly make somewhere wearing such a fun fuchsia shirt have his smile turn upside down? Perhaps it was being in proximity to FIFA head honcho Sepp Blatter. His holiness was in Italy today to honor Marco Materazzi and the Azurri for winning the World Cup. Blatter also apologized for hiding during the trophy presentation after the final against France. Materazzi did not apologize for wearing that shirt. Ian Holloway was not invited to attend the ceremonies.
