Kaka Plays ‘The Incredible Game’

Maybe I just wasn’t paying attention back in the day but it seems a new fad is to hire famous directors with unique styles – Guy Ritchie for one – to make pint-sized movies into commercials. Basically they’ve gone from middle-of-the-road blah commercials to low def, mobile phone recorded virals or audacious artistry.

The latest attempt at greatness comes from Zhang Yimou, he of the visually stunning epic Hero with Jet Li. Zhang rounded up Kaka and thousands of little diamonds – not conflict, we assume – and made a simple go at goal art.

Art that looks all the better in Sony HD, of course.
