More Battling Teammates
By: Martha | January 8th, 2008It’s not Newcastle players throwing down in the middle of a match, but it’s ain’t good: Benfica’s Luisão and Konstantinos Katsouranis had a go at one another during the second half of their team’s intensely frustrating draw with Setúbal over the weekend, and had to be separated by teammates. Reassuringly, both players were immediately substituted and suspended.
That said, though, after a round of interviews with the pair, it appears that Luisão has now be reinstated, due in part to the fact that he’s captain sometimes, and captains can do anything they want.
