Now Adding Drug Dealers To ManU’s Entourage

As good as Manchester United were last year, and they were very good, their off the field shenanigans, mostly those involving Portuguese speaking attackers and their hooker-a-thons, left something to be desired. Not exactly getting off to a shining start in the department this year either because Anderson had a drug dealing buddy of his arrested at his Brazilian home. And judging by that look on his face, he was none the wiser.

They aren’t saying Anderson did anything wrong. In fact, just the opposite:

Herbstrich, who led the operation in the Menino Deus neighbourhood in Porto Alegre, told the Zero Hora newspaper: “There is nothing against Anderson in this investigation.”

He added: “According to what we have, he is just a friend of the dealer and maybe he doesn’t even know he is a criminal.”

Well, according to the same Press Association article “Gigi”, as the detained is known, is a “notorious” drug dealer, and though Anderson may not be the brightest of bulbs, we can guess he knew Gigi wasn’t selling steak knives door-to door. And lord knows with all the hookers floating around Cristiano Ronaldo’s palace, where Anderson spends much of his time, there’s a bare ass to be had for an inadvertent line of Colombian nose candy. Two and two…

Whatever the case, associating with wanted felons isn’t exactly going to endear Mr. Anderson to Mr. Fergie, and that hairdryer is going to be on in full force at some point very soon. He and his friends need to learn a thing or two from Rio. Er, wait.
