Offside SoundOff: In Honor of the Oscars, Share Your Favorite Videos

Tonight is Oscar night. What does this mean?

We think it means that it’s time to honor the people who created the Kinetograph, the first motion picture camera, by sharing links to your favorite footy-related videos in the comments. Here are three of mine. All have been posted at least once before on The Offside or World Cup Blog, but I think they deserve another shot.

First, let’s hear it for the ads that make us smile:

Second, can you say, “Sheer joy”? Or maybe it’s “totally stoned.” Whatever. I could still watch it all day. (For some reason the untied shoes just make the video for me.)

And finally, I couldn’t do a tribute to footy videos without including a tribute video, could I?
