One of a Kind Streaker

We’ve seen a streaker with mad scoring skills and we have emulated our streaker heroes in video games, but have we ever seen a streaker that wears clothes during a naked football game? I’m not sure what the proper term should be to describe a fully clothed streaker (an unstreaker?) but perhaps this video can help shed some light on the matter.
