Parma Has The Happiness Vacuumed Up

So there was a delay – or perhaps a fabricated delay – during the Parma – Sampdoria match this weekend, due to a smiley face on the pitch. And the referees being the curmudgeons that they are, demanded happiness be removed from the pitch before things could proceed.

Actually, they were all actors doing a bit of advertising for Parma sponsor Vorwerk Folletto, a vacuum company (among other things, it seems). Easily one of the more creative advertisements during a football match this year. Also perhaps one of the more confusing.
