Peter Crouch giving hope to gangly 6-foot-7 men everywhere

The Internet has truly transformed our lives. Back before we were all just one click of the mouse away from one another you had to trudge down to your local convenience store and sheepishly ask the pimply faced kid behind the counter for a copy of a magazine featuring naked pictures of a Brazilian referee. And when you wanted to join a fan club so you could worship an awkward giant of a footballer you had to mail in a form to get your membership card.
Those days are long gone so and thankfully the digital age has made it possible for people the world over to come together and form a virtual bond in a Facebook group called Crouch is a Sex God.
The thrilled Liverpool ace said: “I’ve never been classed as that before. I’d certainly like to meet these people. I’m sure they’re all very attractive.”
Yup. About as attractive as the lineup England will field on Saturday.
As of now there isn’t a Facebook group called I’d do Peter Crouch’s WAG, but that is probably due to server limitations.

Abigail Clancy is currently on the latest British version of the Hell’s Kitchen show on ITV, this one run by Marco Pierre White. Peter Crouch was in the restaurant the other night and when asked to fill in a card grading what little Abi had rustled up scored all 9s and 10s.
He then wandered all doe-eyed up to the counter in front of the kitchens where White told him in no uncertain terms to go and sit down. Clancy doesn’t look that great after five hours in a hot kitchen with no makeup.
