  The way the ref is standing, and his facial expression, it looks like he’s spitting on Frank’s head. The first time I saw the picture, my mind actually created a little spitball in the air between the two, but upon closer examination, nope, no spit.

  let’s not forget to mention that the foul preceding the penalty was CLEARLY outside of the box. I wish the ref had been looking at the ball as intently then as he is in this photo.
