Play Foosball on Your Keyboard (But Don’t Tell Your Boss)

By: Daryl | July 16th, 2008

Table football (or foosball, or babyfoot, depending on where you’re from - any other names for it out there?) holds a special place in my heart. I think because it’s the only form of football you can play in a pub without getting asked to leave.

Now you can play it on your computer too, thanks to the good poeople at Doof, who’ve come up with Doofball. It’s nice and simple. Just move your men left and right your arrow keys, press space for a power shot and try to score more than the other team before two minutes is up.

Game is after the jump…

I spent my entire college time losing at foosball to my friends. I just don’t have the wrists for it. We even bought a table of our own when we moved to uni and had a ‘draft’ where we got to name the players with marker pen.

We probably went to far thinking about it.

Sweet! If this is the only way the Toon will win silver, well, that’ll be just alright by me.
