Redshadow. Dave was not being bias. He was highlighting an issue which has been in the papers a lot recently. Four losses in a row is serious. I don’t know the last time that happened to Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea, but I’m pretty sure that their fans wouldn’t be too optimistic about the next game if it did.

Yes Liverpool beat Manchester United twice last season, but to suggest that Rooney and Fletcher are as crucial to Manchester United as Gerrard and Torres are to Liverpool is ignorant.

Let’s be honest, he isn’t the best manager in the world. His transfer record alone shows that. But they can do a lot worse, and to sack a manager mid-season is not something any team should do. It is possible that they can lose 3 of their next 4 games – Man Utd, Arsenal, Fulhum, Lyon. If they do, I seriously think Rafa will be sweating…

Although my fingers are crossed for a Manchester United win, I think it will be a draw.

And FYI: I think Benitez has resurrected Liverpool from MUCH worse over the past few years. I think he deserves a chance – that is unless the losses truly begin to reflect fault on his end. And with players like Jermaine Pennant talking bad about his managerial style, the case is becoming harder to make.

Anyway, your utter trash will recieve it’s answer today at lunchtime when we batter your showpony excuse for a side AGAIN as we did back in March in your own backyard – We beat you twice last year and in one game we had no Torres OR Gerrard for most of the match and in the other we missed Xabi Alonso – I suggest you remember that AND the fact that your arrogant sorry mob may be missing Rooney and Fletcher who are as crucial to YOUR side as the others are to ours. Speaking as a person with common sense, of course not. I mean, who are they going to replace him with? He’s gone to 2 CL finals and won 1 of them. I certainly wouldn’t want him as a manager, but has he really been that bad for Liverpool?
