Rangers Fan Gets A “Hoopy Birthday” Present

By: The Offside | October 8th, 2008

Contrary to what you might think, the owner of that house is not a Celtic fan. In fact he’s just the opposite. What’s the opposite of a Celtic fan? A Rangers fan. A Rangers fan whose friends know no bounds when it comes to practical jokes (truly some epic pranks listed in there – well done, fellas).

No stone was left unturned as David’s lawn, hedge, wall, car, driveway and even his wheelie-bin got a new coat of paint.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, the two vans he uses for his bouncy castle hire business were also decked out in the colours of Old Firm rivals Celtic.

A banner reading “Hoopy 25th birthday” was sprawled across his windows.

Luckily the lad’s got a good sense of humor, because he wasn’t angry, just merely planning a bigger and better retaliatory prank for his friends. Can’t say we should be too surprised to learn one of the pranksters woke up one morning to find an unconscious Neil Lennon on his lawn.

  • Good point, Joseph. You've also got too wonder where the home owner was while all this was occurring! Either he was out of town or is a heavy sleeper!

  • Joseph

Impressive that they could paint all that in one night!

  • Haha good show by the pranksters and the prankee. Fair play to the latter for taking it in stride. I'm sure he thought the joke was "a riot"...
