Real Salt Lake’s Jack Stewart Continues the MLS Cosmo Top Bachelors Tradition

Not much has gone right for Real Salt Lake this season or ever for that matter. The team has already been eliminated from the MLS playoff race, but it is still very much alive in a national contest. Defender Jack Stewart has been named Utah’s top bachelor by Cosmopolitan magazine.

Stewart describes the favorite tactic used by women (presumably) to turn him on: “Kiss me on the lips, then pull away and leave me wanting more.” In other words, pretend you are Carlos Ruiz in the penalty area and you will win a key to his heart.

Stewart is the second MLS player to make the Cosmo bachelor list. Last year it was Bobby Boswell who graced the pages of the illustrious magazine. He didn’t win the top prize, but not for a lack of trying.

If Stewart does gain the top national honor, he will walk away with $10,000. Not a bad sum for a player who makes $48,000 a year playing for a team that can’t possibly be fun to play for.
