Seriously, if as a player I felt safer playing in a town of rivals than at home, I'd probably play like shit at home too. Cause nothing helps the old confidence than the terror that comes from fearing for your life if you lose, tie, or apparently win. All these "fans" are doing is guaranteeing that the only players left come next year will be those who weren't good enough to leave. For Inara's sake and the sake of all those who like to see them play well, I hope the fan's figure that out before the myriad of problems gets any worse. If I were a supporter I'd be mad too - it's not like PSG is losing everywhere. They're just not winning in front of the home fans. I wish I knew what to say to that. When a member of a possibly deranged supporters' group hands you a brochure, <em>respect the brochure</em>. From the supporter's perspective, I think it's clear enough that the most important criterion for judging any player is how reverentially he treats your written materials. Does he set up goals? Fine. Does he throw away your group's little self-aggrandizing pamphlet? <em>No dice.</em> There’s a valuable lesson in this that every young player ought to learn. Even though I root for Marseille 100%, they're my homtown team and i don't want them to fail like they have been the past few seasons. Their main problem is their fans situation. They'll have to stop bargaining with them and put a less flawed relationship with those people. Or fans will keep dying and players will keep getting harassed. I actually agree with you. But they have a lot of problems stretching back years. And unfortunately, it will take a long to work out. Putting a bandage on it (which is what they've been doing in recent years) won't fix it.
