Rogerio Ceni Proves Nice Guys Do Finish Last

During last evening’s match between Atletico Mineiro and Sao Paulo in the Copa Libertadores, Rogerio Ceni did the nice guy thing and offered Ronaldinho a sip from his water bottle. Why not? Ronaldinho is, after all, one of the greatest players ever, if briefly, and he deserves some water from time to time. (Because one needs to be great to deserve life-sustaining H2O. Apparently.)

Anyway, Atletico Mineiro then took a quick throw with Ronaldinho still camping out near the touch line, way offside but for that whole no offside on throw-ins loophole, and Mineiro scored a goal. They would then win 2-1, obviously.

Life lesson: don’t do good things.
