		<description>a major point u failed to make is that most of the big clubs, aren&#039;t publically listed company&#039;s, and hence are not required to make any announcement about anything to anyone. If Man UNited were still a listed company on the british stock exchange, they would have to,  by law, tell the market about any and all news that could/would/should have an effect on their share price. ( its called full public disclosure) But as it is a privately owned company, it has no reason to keep the public informed of anything, only the owners, and other major stakeholders, need to know, although some sponsors, have it written in their contracts that they can&#039;t make a fuss about transfer dealings....Eg; Nike with Ronaldo.... how much it would have hurt them for UNited to sell Ronaldo could never influence Sir Alex&#039;s decision.</description>
