It's not so much a soccer blog as it is ALL ZIDANE/ALL THE TIME. Not the slickest or most professional (as are the majority of soccer blogs) but is a labor of love and definitely the most comprehensive and up to date source for all things Zinedine Zidane anywhere. There are some exclusive HQ photos not seen anywhere else from a source in France named Flo who has access to such things but mostly its a roundup of news, scans, articles and sightings from all corners of the globe with lots of photos. It's run by a multi-lingual German Egyptology student with assisitance from an American former dominatrix (who has put the whips away)and a core group of loyal members from Germany, France, Holland, Turkey, Poland and India.

Here are the links to the website & the blog

Here's a nice combination of knowledge and talent focused on an often ignored yet important history of the game. A great storyteller:

http://loco4losche.com/ is a great site for any Valencia fans. The guy does a heap of work gathering info and updating us with news, and runs live blogs during games etc. Definetly check it out.

For any Aussies out there, a great blog is http://euroos.blogspot.com/ , a blog summarising the results from all the Aussies playing abroad. I check it every day normally, quality stuff.

Ohh and my Offside blog ain't half bad :P

I really like spanishfootballsports.blogspot.com, just because I can count on getting all the daily Spanish sports news and a small dose of opinion.

And though the blog 'La Liga Loca' over at fourfourtwo.com is hardly under the radar, another blog hosted by the scathingly witty Tim Stannard, 'The Spanish Thing,' at football365.com, might. Filled with insight to Spanish culture and sport, plenty of sarcasm, and more of the belly laugh inducing footballer similes that make 'La Liga Loca' so enjoyable, the 'Spanish Thing' could be seen as a little more analytical and intent on actually filling you in on the state of the game, a little less just cracking (damn funny) jokes. Here's the latest:

My favourite is http://footballfashion.wordpress.com. Can't beat their world class Soccer Babes section. The looks at new kits and game highlights are pretty nice as well even though they can be a bit Americentric at times.

Definitely the wonderful <a href="http://fromaleftwing.blogspot.com/" rel="nofollow">"From a Left Wing."</a>

It focuses on the sport from the ground up, rather than by following the international game. It presents the football experience from a leftist/feminst/queer perspective and is one of my favorite blogs.
