Stjarnan Are Gentlemen, Close The Lid

Stjarnan’s latest and greatest goal celebration has the world (read: me) wondering to which depths they’ll plummet yet, now with the “human toilet” experience fully achieved. The good money may be pushing the boundaries of simulation and reality, with their next goal followed by the goal scorer peeing on an unsuspecting teammate.

But perhaps what’s actually surprising about this is the highlights. Usually we get a snippet of their latest contribution to football with the rest of the game cut out. Not this time, when we learn something shocking: they don’t choreograph each post-goal artistic movement. Some are just…normal celebrations.

That just seems lazy.
