Okay so if there will be no fans at the stadiums by 2020 because we're all too busy watching our 3D holo-laser-virtual-reality devices why would stadiums be the center of anything, much less have residential buildings and the like? Why would we even have stadiums instead of perfectly built studios where players went to ply their trade without things like wind and rain.

Not that there will be rain because of the terrible water shortage.

This report is wack cause it thinks the women's game will ever be bigger than the men's. That's just silly.

Here is a slightly less techno idea. There will be a world league including those from the "group of 14" and a few traditional top teams from the Americas.

I've hoped that technology would eventually allow players being adjudged "diving" would subsequently (and automatically) be drawn beneath the pitch, placed and beaten in the stadias Detox centers below, then raised and returned, to resume an attempt at "normal" play.

Maybe I've pondered this too much.

The holographic imaging of the stands actually seems like a pretty realistic idea (in the near future) for enhancement purposes. Lord knows some MLS teams could use some pseudo- legitimacy on tv!
