YouTube (or rather Google) is resisting a recent court ruling where Viacom demanded the usernames of all users who uploaded video (presumably to catch all the folks who did the unspeakable - such as post hilarious Daily Show and Colbert Report clips recorded off tv). Google is also resisting the US government who recently ordered the company to hand over all their records of every single Google search. Yup. It's funny, though, how despite being the most inexperienced of the three new Bundesliga teams, nobody's willing to grant them the "plucky underdog" status because of their, erm, "sponsorship".
