		<description>The &quot;Northwest&quot; division is all made up of teams from California.  No Oregon, No Washington.  This will not stand.  California is not the Northwest, and the soccer scene in the actual Northwest is great.  Too bad &quot;Stoners&quot; is already taken as a name ... it would be great for Eugene.</description>
