  On the most powerful blogs list the Offside is said to be UK-based. Is it really? I thought it was US-based. Were the Guardian people to embarrassed to say that the most powerful football blog on their list was from the U S and A?

  George, we have no control over perceptions. If they want to think we’re UK-based? It’s a free country.

  For the record, though? Daryl WAS born in the UK. I believe this gives us automatic and unassailable credibility.
