Before checking the list, a best guess said either Carlo Ancelotti or Roberto Mancini would feature at the top. The former wasn’t so far off, sitting handsomely in second place to do little more than put Zlatan Ibrahimovic on autopilot, but the latter? Is there anyone at City making less than him? He’s down in ninth with Jose Antonio Camacho, who coaches…go ahead and see if you can guess.
Oh, and as for the top dog? Well, he’ll happily tell you he and he alone belongs there.
