GDO – I’ve signed. Even if will just dilute the real ranking, another Scottish team in Europe will still make me happy. No idea who’s head of the fair play table in SPL, though.

England, especially the refs, better stop doling out 15 cards a game because Fulham are atop the England fair play standings and its probably our only way into Europe next season…

The stand-outs for me are Turkey & Croatia. They’ve played a significant number of games compared to the smaller nations but their score is low.
