When you think of the lyrics that are in the heavy metal band Motörhead’s songs, the first thing that probably comes to your mind is that they are truly role models for the next generation. With titles like “One more Fucking Time,” “Kill the World,” “Serial Killer,” and “Whorehouse Blues,” they are the spokesmen for today’s youth. They are also now the official sponsor of an under-10 football team in England.

The team, which runs onto the pitch buoyed by the song “Ace of Spades”, has the band’s name on their shirts along with the band’s logo, a skull named Snaggletooth.

“The hope is that we can go out on the football pitch and terrorise the opponents and come away worthy winners,” said manager Gary Weight.

The kids playing for the Motörhead team will likely end up getting a look from another rock inspired team when they grow up unless, of course, they end up hanging out at the mall all day wearing black t-shirts, smoking cigarettes and crafting tunes like the always uplifting “Suicide”.
