Wayne’s On Setanta Sports: Pronunciation Issues

By: chris | April 22nd, 2008

No doubt about it, Wayne Rooney (or his doppelganger) absolutely steals the show this week with his difficulties pronouncing anything involving the letter “C”. The real Willie Nelson has you yearning for the harmony of fingernails on a chalkboard, and Roy Keane makes a brief but important cameo. Your weekly dose of Jose & Friends.

Sven’s Wayne’s Word song is maybe my favorite thing ever, especially the little “well” at the end of it. Classic.

I enjoyed Roy’s appearance on the show. It was kind of like Kean-o’s time at Celtic. Short but sweet! Like the king of Celtic transfer rumors, I am starting the Kean-o for “I’m on Setanta Sports” new signing rumor!

Loved the beginning when Sven went Grandma on Wayne and Mourinho told Sven to stop licking him. Fantastic.

I was watching the new Adidas ad campaign featuring Mourinho and as soon as he started speaking, I burst out laughing, then waited with baited breath for him to say “it’s fantastic.”
