Weekend Junk Pile: Odds and Ends I Just Couldn’t Pass Up

A few things that weren’t quite enough for a whole post but were too great to pass up:

And every once in awhile I will scan through the comments in the sidebar and come across one which is just so delightfully right (or perhaps it’s wrong) that I feel a need to share. This is one of those times.

Our Offside Comment of the Week comes from Gianfranco of AC Milan Offside.

Ranjeet sadly, douchebagness is not a stat that translates well on the pitch, considering the king of douchebags is CRON and Zlatan is slightly behind. Adebayor is far less a douchebag and now that you bring it up, maybe we need more douchebag type players…quite the conundrum you have created.
