The matches you should be keeping an eye on this weekend while you figure out how to buy a mid-table London club.
Saturday
Scotland vs. Faroe Islands – These two countries seemingly always play each other in Euro qualifiers with the islanders usually pulling off a surprise draw or two.
Dallas vs. Houston – Can’t wait to see how Terrell Owens plays for the Cowboys. Oh wait, this is an MLS match. Carry on.
Banfield vs. San Lorenzo – Last week, San Lorenzo gave up seven goals against Boca Juniors. You have to bet the Banfield forwards are licking their chops now.
Once Caldas vs. Millonarios – They haven’t exactly been playing like a million bucks, but Millonarios should get rich beating up on Colombia league bottom feeders Once Caldas.
Sunday
Brazil vs. Argentina – Finally, Arsenal’s new stadium might see some goals.
Corinthians vs. AA Ponte Preta – Now that they have gotten rid of their best players, Corinthians should really make a run towards relegation in Brazil.
Liverpool vs. Defensor Sporting – Peter Crouch might be bigger than the all of Uruguay, but he doesn’t play there for this Liverpool.
