What is Art? Painting a dog like a soccer ball apparently makes the cut

I’m always on the lookout for high culture, at least when I’m not scanning the Web for videos of players being smacked in the testicles. Today’s work of art comes courtesy of Cuban artist Ariel Orozco, who has taken a stray dog and painted it like a soccer ball. A smarter person than me could probably tell you the statement Orozco is trying to make and how it speaks to the dog soccer ball in all of us. Somewhere in Germany those dog painting hooligans are probably calling themselves artists today.
