		<description>Yeah this was explained to me by a 15 year FIFA referee on how to handle this kind of action. It is a red card and a Penalty Kick for the blue team. It is assessed in this way because of the myth we are trying to dispell that a Goal Keeper has the right to defend themself. They have no such right when they indanger another players safety. It is the Referees job to protect the players on the pitch. He is esentially taking the law into his own hands and misapplying it, causing serious injury.</description>
